The AMX54 is a 5.4 metre (18 ft) tactical lightweight composite sectional mast designed to be carried and deployed by a single person. The mast can be erected in a matter of minutes and can support lightweight antennas and sensors.
- 9 lightweight composite GRP sections, 0.6m (24 in) long. Tube outside diameter is 33mm (1.3 in).

AMX54 Mast Extension Kit
An optional mast extension kit is available to extend the height of the AMX54 up to 9 metres (29.5ft). The kit contains six composite GRP mast sections identical to the standard AMX54 mast sections.
The kit also contains the additional guys to convert the mast from three way single level to four way two level guying. The kit is available with either conductive or non-conductive upperguys.
Conductive guys should be used with a Comrod groundspike antenna or monopole antenna. At the 9 meter height the maximum top load weight is 1kg *
